Thank you for shopping with us. We work with multiple fulfillment and apparel partners to provide high-quality products and reliable delivery services. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled in the event of delays or shipping issues.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended.
  • If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, package weight, and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Expedited Domestic Shipping: 1–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying domestic orders and will be displayed at checkout when available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees
  • Other country-specific import charges

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled or reimbursed by us.

International shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including apartment numbers, postal codes, and contact details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays
  • Lost packages
  • Additional carrier fees
    caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking has been issued, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Wait up to 48 hours, as carriers may prematurely mark deliveries as completed.
  2. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members.
  3. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

While we will assist customers in filing carrier claims when possible, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related losses, delays, or theft after shipment confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit shipping destinations
  • Refuse shipments to unsupported regions
  • Cancel or restrict orders flagged for fraud prevention or carrier limitations

Some carriers may not deliver to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Certain international regions

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on inventory availability, warehouse location, or supplier fulfillment schedules. Customers will receive tracking updates for each shipment when applicable.

Returned or Refused Packages

If a package is refused by the customer or returned to sender:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping or carrier fees may be deducted from any refund
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests

International orders refused due to customs fees or import taxes are not eligible for reimbursement of shipping costs.
